1. Use of Website &Services

● You may use this website and coaching services only for lawful purposes.

● You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or services.

● All content, exercises, and materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

2. Coaching Relationship

● Coaching is a collaborative process designed for personal growth, clarity, and self- leadership.

● Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for

licensed professional care.

● You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Payments & Refunds

● Payments for coaching sessions, programs, or packages are due as agreed at the time of booking.

● Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

● If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

4. Confidentiality

● Coaching conversations and shared materials are kept confidential as outlined in our

Privacy Policy.

● Confidentiality has limits where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court orders, or legal obligations).

5. Intellectual Property

● All materials, exercises, writings, and frameworks provided by Evan Hendrix Coaching are the intellectual property of Evan Hendrix Coaching.

● You may use them for your personal growth but may not reproduce, publish, or distribute them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

● Evan Hendrix Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of coaching services, website, or materials.

● You acknowledge that results vary for each individual and are not guaranteed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms
